SHIPPING & RETURNS
Express postage is delivered within 2 days and is calculated by weight by Australia Post.
Ordered by 3PM AEST:
Will be processed that day, excluding weekends and public holidays, and will be shipped within 48 hours of payment verification, pending stock availability.
Ordered after 3PM EAST:
Will be processed the following day and shipped accordingly. Orders placed after 3PM AEST on Fridays will be processed the following business day.
We do all we can to ensure your order gets to you. We use Express Post through Australia Post, unfortunately because the orders are posted from a regional part of Queensland it can take longer than next day delivery.
Your order should arrive between 3 - 5 working days, however there has been a small number of cases where an order has been held up and taken as long as 10 working days. We will advise you if a longer delay is expected.
Once the package leaves our hands there is not much we can do thus we put all processes in place to decrease the likelihood of your order being lost. We include a tracking number and also a signature on delivery. Although this increases the price of the postage it also helps to ensure your order arrives.
We hold full responsibility if we make a mistake with your order and we will ensure you are refunded or provided with a replacement. We cannot hold responsibility if you have put in the wrong delivery address. If you do provide us with an incorrect address please email us right away and if the package has not yet been sent we will of course correct the address for you.
If you do not receive your item and the tracking status is undelivered we will put in an enquiry with Australia Post and handle the process for you. If you do not receive your package and the status is delivered and signed for you will need to take this up with Australia Post, unfortunately we need proof that your item was not delivered to assist you and replace your package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and it is important that you are 100% satisfied.
If the packaging is intact, or if you are returning something other than a "food" item, we will gladly accept returns for 30 days from the date they were ordered. But since we cannot refund any bags or tins of "food" that have been opened we would encourage you contact us first at if you are unsure.
So, as long as the packaging has not been opened, we will gladly provide you with a full refund within 30 calendar days of the item being ordered. Your refund will be for the original purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.
In the unlikely event that we have processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and issue you a full refund for the purchase price, sales tax, original shipping and return shipping costs - and will take whatever corrective action you request on your return form.
